ABOUT
Twelve Years in New York. Three Companies.
One operating principle
Work-Life Balance isn't just a buzzword for me - it's a practice, and choices I make every day to design the life I want for myself and others.
I moved to New York in the fall of 2014 to attend NYU and receive a BFA in Musical Theater. After graduating in 2018, I had the standard New York actor's plan: hustle, audition, work three jobs, hope.
One of those jobs was Broadway Babysitters, a childcare platform for actors to have a flexible side hustle a babysitter, and NYC families to find engaging, trusted childcare providers. I started as an admin. Now i'm its CEO.
Flux is a personal-finance app for people whose income doesn't come from one place. It's a tool I built for myself because I got tired of guessing how much money I was making. After looking around for a solution, there was simply nothing out there that addressed the wildly complex world of juggling multiple jobs. So i'm building it myself. Flux launches July 1, 2026.
When i'm not working, i'm thinking about work-life balance - not as a buzzword, but as a practice you have to actively design. I love sharing what i've learned and speaking with individuals, teams, conferences and podcasts to encourage a life that is lived -- not worked -- without sacrificing productivity.
